If you're lucky, life is an endless series of transitions; you have  mastered more than can be remembered- whether individually or as an organization - it doesn't matter.

Sometimes you find an opportunity that requires a depth of thinking and reflection that doesn't come easily, or that you're not quite comfortable with. Or, you have a need to join others and work collaboratively at the highest levels of efficiency.

Fortunately, friends, family, and colleagues will support and encourage. Often they bring their own ideas of what's best for you - and sometimes that complicates things.

A coach is that independent, but not indifferent, third party who can help you focus, clarify, understand, and then embrace those choices that make the best sense for YOU!

A coach has no agenda except to help you discover what you already may know deep inside. Or, a coach can contribute ideas or perspectives to consider that are new to you. A coach can ask those questions no one else would - sometimes questions you wouldn't even ask yourself - but questions that when asked, and considered, can enrich the transition experience.
